Using OpenCV, A ball's center position is being tracked instantaneously(green box) , and a Kalman Filter tracker(red box). The Kalman filtered tracker can estimate the position of the object lost from vision or if the ball suddenly disappeared from the area of coverage, such as entering a tunnel, or exiting out of bounds from the camera's feed.
